In these past several months I have explored my waking and dreaming life that has sustained me though emotionally challenging times. Continuous reflective work has led me to the ancient mystery chambers of Pompeii, the deep red of these initiation chambers both touch and teach our deepest wounding. Pairing this with symbols of the alchemical process, metaphorically capturing the poignant dynamics of change and transformation. This has resulted in a series of paintings I am calling, Ohana: Dreaming in Red.
