My Photography can be best described as an exercise in seeing.
I have been involved with photography for over forty years and my passion for the medium has never waned.
I believe that in photography, you should work on becoming a technician first, then on becoming an artist. By that I mean you should first understand the tools of photography, as well as how to properly use them. You can have a great eye, but if you don’t know how to get the shot because you don’t know how to properly expose, pick the correct aperture and shutter speed combination to achieve the image as you saw it, then your great eye is of little use to you.
I also believe that you can find images anywhere you look. The images that I have on my web site represent how I see and how I approach the art of photography.
