The Whatcom Artist Studio Tour has been running for 32 years thanks to great community partners like you. In 2025, the Tour hosted more than 50 new and returning artists, showing in 44 studios across Whatcom County. Funds raised by ads sold, donations and sponsorships support our marketing and administrative fees for the coming year and allows us to expand our reach to Whatcom County artists and patrons from British Columbia to Oregon and beyond.
how to advertise
Review our ad size options below and see what fits your budget. Ads are printed in our 4-color brochure/map (see it here). Press runs vary in size from year to year. We try to maintain quantities between 6,500 & 7,500 and distribute these for free within Whatcom and Skagit Counties, and beyond. To place an order, simply follow the instructions below.
Insertion orders due by June 15, 2026 and payments are due by July 1, with your artwork.
preparing your artwork
Ad/Graphics Submission Specifications
• An editable PDF format is recommended.
• All fonts must be converted to outlines or supplied with your file.
• Please embed all images and links.
• PDF’s should be saved as “press quality” for optimal results.
• 300ppi resolution for Tiff or jpg files (no progressive jpgs)
• Saved in CMYK color mode.
