Delivery of artwork

• July 23rd and July 24th from 11-7pm (special arrangements can be considered)

• ALL Artwork must be ready to hang or display.

• The delivery deadline of July 24th is firm

Artist reception, show opening and details

• Artist reception — Friday July 31, 6-8pm. Meet the artists and have the first look

• Group show will run Thursday August 1st through Sunday August 9th from 11-6. This spans Blaine's Second Saturday Art Walk, August 8th, 4-6:30pm.

• The Gallery will be open to the public on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (11-5pm) through the length of the show.  

• Volunteers needed to work during the gallery "open days" except Sundays (owner will be covering Sundays)

• These volunteer spots will be filled by the Participating Artists and the Group Show Committee. If additional time slots need to be filled a call for volunteer opportunities will be sent out to all the WAST artists.

 

Art Pick up

• August 10 and 11 from 11-5pm (special arrangements can be considered)

• Artwork cannot be picked up early — NO EXCEPTIONS

Commission

• Gallery will hold a 25% commission on sales during the group show

• Gallery requests that participating artists make at least two social media post tagging #blindbirdart
