WAST 2025 kick off the new season show

Phone calls for artist entries will be made the week of April 14

• Please respond ASAP as we have a quick turn around to put this show together

• All artists jury into this show

• Artists may submit 1-3 pieces, larger sized work is welcome.

 

If your work is accepted into show

• Artwork DUE is Monday, June, 2nd 11–2. If you need special arrangements please contact me and I will get you to the correct person to help you

• Show sets up June 3 & 4

• Show Opening is Saturday, June 14, 4:30–6pm. ALL artists are encouraged to attend to support to support each other

• Show runs through December with a big artist reception, date / time TBD

• Venue has a label card that artist needs to fill out for each piece accepted

• Artwork pickup TBD, no artwork may be picked up before designated P/U date

 

Subject Restrictions

Wildlife (close-up poses) or nudes will NOT be accepted. This is an events room in the restaurant so the subject needs to be appropriate for patrons and not “watch” them while they eat.
