Studio Tour "Kick Off Group Show"

• August 16th - The Vault Call for Art emailed to WAST artists

• August 24th - Email 1-3 images to karentheusen@gmail.com to be considered for this show.

• Only 2D pieces accepted into this show. 

• 25% commission on sales

• September 3rd - Artists will receive email letting them know which piece(s) have been accepted.

• September 23rd - 11-5pm, Artwork Drop off at The Vault. Please contact me if you or a representative cannot deliver your piece(s) so we can make other arrangements. (a form will be sent before drop off so you can fill it out and bring it with you when you bring your work to The Vault.

• DO NOT call the Vault to arrange any special D/O date or time, I am the only point person to arrange an alternate drop off.

• October 2nd – Artist Reception and show opening! 4pm–7pm. This is the night before the tour opens but it is important that you try to make it to this "Studio Tour Kick Off Group Show Opening" artist reception. I am letting you know about this early so you can plan to have your studio all ready to open the next day and still make an appearance out at The Vault group show. It is a beautiful space and well worth the trip up to The Vault. Plus it gives you an opportunity to chat with visitors and possibly sell your work!

• October 10th – Blaine's 2nd Saturday Artwalk 5-7 If an artist showing in Blaine feels up to going to the Vault after 5pm to chat with visitors who come through for artwalk that would be great! You can show them the show, talk about the tour and show them your art too.

• October 28th – 11-5pm, Artwork Pick Up at The Vault. Please contact me if you or a representative cannot deliver your piece(s) so we can make other arrangements.

 

DO NOT call the Vault to arrange any special P/U date or time, I am the only point person to arrange an alternate pick up. Any art that does not get picked up by 5pm will be taken to my studio in Bellingham where you can arrange a P/U day/time with me.
