• Artwork P/U Monday September 28 12-7pm ALL artwork must be picked up this day. Please make arrangements with me if you cannot get there.

ARTWORK SALES INFORMATION

No commission charged for sales. Sales go directly to the artist

 

PAYMENT COLLECTION
Artists are responsible for collecting payments for sales of their artwork by either of the following options. Voxel Gallery will not accept payments for sales of artwork.

 

ELECTRONIC POINT OF SALE


• Artists can use point of sale funds through Venmo, Square, Paypal or whatever method you choose to take payments by generating your own QR code. Check with your chosen payment method to generate a QR Code.

• The QR Code along with your name can be printed on a 5x7 format. This way the correct code goes with the correct artist pieces plus they will look similar when hanging by all the pieces. We are creating the labels for the artwork but I would like the QR Codes separate from the artwork labels in case we have artists who are not using this kind of payment. In those cases there will be 5x7 print out of the artists contact information by their work. This way the gallery host can have the interested buyer take a picture of the contact information to contact the artist themselves.

• Buyer scans the QR code to generate payment to the artist. Funds will be deposited into your payment method account at the time of purchase. I feel we need verification from the artist that the payment has been received before we let it go out of the gallery. We can mark the piece as sold with red dot. The gallery host will place a red dot on the label to indicate the item has been sold and if the artist is not available for confirmation then it stays at the gallery.

 

BUYER CONTACTS ARTIST DIRECTLY

• Buyer contacts the artist directly from contact information provided by the artist. Contact information (provided by the artist) will be on the label next to the item for sale. Once payment is finalized, the buyer may take the piece or a red dot will be placed on the label.

NOTE Voxel group show will be open Friday 11-7pm, Saturday 11-7pm and Sunday 11-5pm each week the exhibit is open. I need two volunteers at the gallery together at all times during open hours. A volunteer shift schedule will be sent out separately.
