IMPORTANT SHOW GUIDELINES 
We will be at the Prospect Street building (121 Prospect) exhibiting in Studio IV & V this year, plus they have extended our exhibit into January so let's make it spectacular! There are plenty of "safe" display opportunities for 3D pieces as well as large walls for 2D work. 

 

All artists who wish to be part of this exhibit are required to go through the following jury process:

  • September 12th (Thursday), Artwork Submission for Jurying are due: send to karentheusen@gmail.com (a presentation will be created for jury process)

    • Submit 3-4 pieces for consideration. The Museum Jurors will choose from your images so make sure they are good quality.

    • .jpg or .pdf files acceptable. Keep images around 2mgs in image size, RBG.

  • September 23rd (Monday) Museum notifies Karen with the juried results.

  • September 24-25th, artists will be contacted by email with juried selections. In that email you will also receive the submission form to bring with the artwork at D/O

 

ARTWORK DROP OFF​

  • October 1st (Tuesday) Artwork D/O

    • 9am-12pm artists D/O accepted artwork with signed forms

    • Artist or a representative must deliver artwork during this time. Museum will be installing the show that afternoon.

    • If you need to make special arrangements for D/O please contact Scott Kolbo, Exhibitions Coordinator at: smkolbo@cob.org

SHOW OPENING

  • October 4th (Friday) Show opening during First Friday/Artwalk Event

    • 6-9pm WAST Opening

    • 1 to 2 Volunteers needed to cover open hours (ok to split hours).

    • ALL artists are encouraged to come out and support the studio tour show and your fellow artists.

    • Each artist is encouraged to help promote the show by informing people on your email list as well as your social media sites!

FIRST FRIDAYS (MULTIPLE DATES)

  • November 1st, December 6th, January 3rs/First Friday Events

    • 6-9pm WAST exhibit open

    • 1 to 2 Volunteers needed to cover open hours (ok to split hours).

    • Each artist is encouraged to help promote the show by informing people on your email list as well as your social media sites!

​SHOW CLOSING AND ART PICK UP DATES

  • January 19th 2025 (Sunday), last day of show

    • No artwork picked up before artwork pick up day!

  • January 20th 2025 (Monday) Artwork P/U

    • 9am-12pm artists P/U artwork and sign form

    • Artist or a representative must pick artwork during this time.
